Hello Otter Families,

Currently, the weather is looking rainy for this Saturday’s meet. I’m am hopeful that we are able to get this meet swam but we will keep an eye on it. If we are rained out, either Reese or I will send an email the morning of, so please keep an eye out for email updates. If it is a light drizzle, we may still move forward. If this changes your plans to attend, send me a text ASAP to let me know in the AM so I can notify the computer operator for the event. 

As always, we are in need of timers. We are required to have 9 timers. If your child is swimming and you have not signed up for a position, please do so. We are a small team and it requires at least one family member from each family. With many families having both parents working every event and coaches parents filling in, I am asking everyone to work their share. 

Location:104 Wallace Drive Southeast, Leesburg, VA

Parking Details: We have a small parking lot at the entrance of the pool we try to keep open for visiting teams. Street parking is available on the side access road immediately entering the neighborhood or throughout the neighborhood. Reminder not to park too close to stop signs to avoid ticketing and be respectful of driveways.

Saturday Schedule:

The Pool Deck will Open to everyone at 6:45AM- please have your family arrive no later than 7:10 so we can ensure kids are ready for warm ups.

Warm ups for the Makos will be 7:00-7:25AM

Warmups for the Otters  will be 7:25-7:50AM

The Meet will start promptly at 8:00AM.

**Official briefings will occur at 7:40 am. Immediately followed by Timer Briefings at 7:45 am.

Team Staging Area: Please have swimmers find their team area under the pergola and the small turf area located on the far side of the pool near the shallow end of the pool.

Concessions: Concessions will be available for purchase using cash or venmo. We offer drinks (coffee, water, gatorade, soda), Anita’s breakfast burritos, Chic-fila breakfast sandwiches, fruit, candy and donuts.
