Hello Otters!!

My name is Reese, and I am very excited to be your Head Coach this year. I have been a part of this team for the past 9 years, and a part of the coaching staff for 6 years. My favorite part of coaching is watching the kids accomplish a new task, and then feel great about themselves afterward. I have been swimming since I was 2 years old, and I am now 19 (I know that’s a really long time). I swam for my high school team, Loudoun County, and I swam for my club team, Machine Aquatics. I now swim for my college club team, William and Mary (Go Tribe!). I am lifeguard, and EMT certified. I am so happy that I can help all of your great swimmers for another season.

Hello Otters! My name is Eli Popp, I have been a sea otter for 13 years now, and I'm a graduating senior at Loudoun Valley High School. This is my Fourth year as a Stratford coach, and Second year as Assistant Head Coach. I look forward to working with all of this year's swimmers and parents! I'm very excited to get to know all the new swimmers. Go Otters!

Hi Otters. My name is Fritz and I can’t wait to meet you. I have been swimming since I was 3 years old, and I’m currently swimming for Machine Aquatics. I have been on the Stratford team for 8 years now, and coaching for 3. You might know me as one of the more goofy coaches. Always looking forward to making our swimmers happy and laughing.

Hi my name is Maddie, and I have been swimming since I was 4. I am also apart of Machine Aquatics for year round swim. I love teaching kids how to swim, but more importantly making it fun and not stressful. I can't wait to work with all of you this year! Go Otters!

I have been swimming on the Otters since 2nd grade. I have been on a year-round team for 3 years, first with Snow then Machine and currently with Blue Waves. I love kids and swimming so this is a perfect job for me! See you on the pool deck.

Hi, I’m Kathleen! This is my second year swimming and coaching with the Otters. I swim year-round for Machine and also compete for Loudoun County High. I’ve been swimming competitively since 5th grade, and now as a rising junior, I’m looking forward to sharing my love for the sport. I’m also lifeguard certified and can’t wait to have an amazing summer with everyone!

Hello everyone, my name is Mathias. I been swimming since I was 4 years old, and started competitively at 12 years old. I been a part of many teams including Snow Swimming, Machine Aquatics, and NCAP. I hope to get along with everyone and have a good time together.
